The Nine First Friday Novena

If you can’t make the first friday of a nine first friday novena, does one have to begin the novena again?
 
I’m assuming no. Novenas aren’t like pills you need to take on certain days. Keep going or start again, your choice.

Btw if this ain’t to personal; do you have a specific intention because if you’d like I (and I am sure other readers here) could join you in praying that novena for that intention.
