Has anyone ever read this book? I picked up a copy of the original “half-story” volume last year and enjoyed it. (Originally it was supposed to be published as a two-parter but the publisher fell through. Details of that in the comments of this blog here: spoiledfortheordinary.blogspot.com/2006/05/oneprince.html) I plan on purchasing the full version soon and was wondering if anyone here had read either it or the half version.
It’s a Christian allegory (I didn’t realize this until I was almost finished with the first half of the story LOL) and a lot the amazon.com reviews compare it to Tolkien and C.S. Lewis but it’s really its own thing. (I guess there aren’t that many Christian fantasy fiction books that are not only good literature but also pretty famous, so they didn’t know what else to compare it to besides those two?
