Why not just say “Christ is Risen!” as a salutation instead of Happy Resurrection Day, the latter seems a bit awkward in wording, especially since others have been raised from the tomb like Lazarus. Or why not use Pascha, it’s what most other cultures use for Easter, and it makes sense because Easter is the Christian Passover.Easter was rooted in paganism. The pagan traditions were adapted to Christianity as part of converting individuals without creating an uproar.
Why not say “Happy Eostre” being that’s the origin? I prefer Happy Resurrection Day so to keep the focus on Christ. But to each their own.
