Ya know. i asked my generic Lord and Savior… You know the one … Jesus the Christ … The one we all celebrate this Sunday in such a special generic way … and … he just laughed!! I couldnt get a straigh answer out of him … He wouldnt stop laughing… Generic! OMG !!!

What a hoot!!!

I’m not laughing one bit. I can hardly believe that anyone could reflect upon the death, burial, and Resurrection of the Christ while making fun and laughing and hooting.

Please - please show some respect. Right now we are in grief and mourning. I don’t know where you live but where I live Good Friday ended one hour ago. I am remembering Jesus hanging on the cross where He bled His life out. For us. And I am thinking of how He will be taken down and placed in the tomb.

It is not a time for jokes or sarcasm. This is a very holy, sacred time. All day today and tomorrow, too.

I don’t understand how anyone can joke and hoot and holler with glee, when the world is reflecting on the Crucifixion or how anyone can laugh about a supposed conversation with a Jesus who can’t stop laughing either. It isn’t funny!!

God, help us please. It just gets worse and worse.
