Most of the regulars have not as far as I can tell.

Go look in the archives - banned members will be labeled as such. Most simply moved on to other venues.

The archives have been deleted. Also, as Yeshua pointed out, many people were banned and their profiles were altered so as not not list them as such.

How, and who? That is a major accusation to make without some proof. If it’s true I’d like to know because it will affect my participation in this forum.

I, rpconover, was banned, presumably for speaking in favor of Orthodoxy and calling into question the good will motives of closing the forum. I’ve used this s/n simply to look and see what has gone oin since, and there was no indication on my posts that I was banned. My bad?

Altho “resignations” have been accommodated in various ways since CA began these forums, the current policy can be viewed here.

Therese’s post explains how to request such and also notes that, presently, resignations are considered to be permanent and irreversible. Exceptions, allowing a resigned member to sign up again subsequent to a resignation, are made only with the express consent of CA admin staff and are rare.
