I watched the first 2 parts earlier in the week and finally finished watching the last episode yesterday, I really liked it, I thought John travolta did a great job as Shaperio. There were lots of things that make you wonder if OJ truly did it, many of these things, I do not remember at the time of the original trial, but I did not pay much attention when it was going on back then.

I think the biggest one was when Mark Fuhrman was asked if he planted evidence or staged anything in the crime scene, he claimed his 5th amendment right!! Someone resorting to the 5th amendment on the stand pretty much means they refuse to answer because the truth would incriminate them, that in itself told me, there was more to this murder than many people think.

There were parts that made me feel OJ did in fact do it, but plenty of other times when it doesnt seem to be so black and white.

I recommend it to anyone, its really good acting by everyone.

I don’t understand how or why a movie has any factual credibility.

Well, every word spoken at the trial is available to anyone thru the public record, of course its all factual, why would it not be?

This was on FX a few months ago, and there was nothing but crickets chirping on here when I brought it up at that time.

I thought the actress playing Marcia Clark stole the show – she looks just like her – and I thought the jury-sequestering scene was too funny (I’m white, and I used to watch “Martin”) – however, I thought the one-liners about the Kardashians got really tiresome really quick.

Was the movie made AT THE TRIAL?

Just because Tom Hanks starred?

Movies are for entertainment.

Not for any appreciation of factual events.

One of my friends said a certain movie was based on fact. I told him the only fact was the title. The rest of the film was fabrication.

You do know, both can be true at the same time…right?

What about that Tom hanks movie about the cargo ship hijacking…that really happened in real life, the movie was a true story based on the event, should we not believe a single thing in the movie because it is a movie? LOL

Another movie I like is Rudy, about the kid who became a Notre Dame football player, again, the movie was based on things that really happened, we can go back and see they really happened, so…?

Can be … but not likely.
