Anglican churches that have one usually center rear of the nave, same place as most Catholic churches.

Where is the Baptismal Font in various Protestant churches located?

My “home” LCMS church has it placed in the center aisle so that you pass it on your way to communion. It has the cool feature of always running as well!

The church where I belong right now has their’s set to the side of the pulpit. I have not been there long enough but I’m pretty sure that they move it in front for a baptism.
