I’m watching the pope on T.V. He just said (I’ve translated his Spanish and it is half from memory):
“Is not the question of the world: ‘Should we abandon the reality of economics and politics for the spiritual world? Aren’t we avoiding reality if we abandon this world for the Spiritual world?’ That is the fundamental error of modern thought: that reality is the material reality…marxists and capitalists alike falsify the concept of reality with the amputation…of God…when truthfully, only he who knows God can know true reality.”
Sorry if I butchered it, but I wanted to give a good cheer to our Pope!
