Some time ago I read an encyclical or address by John Paul II (I think) where he discussed the problematic aspects of the term “reproductive health.” He then went on to say that, properly understood, reproductive health was important when it respected life, dignity, marriage, etc.
Certainly I know that the Church is for healthy reproductive organs, but I’m looking for a particular passage that refers to a licit understanding of the actual term “reproductive health.” I can’t seem to find it. Any ideas?
