It would be laughable except for the fact that people will tend to believe this stuff. Unbelievably irresponsilble “journalism”. I scarcely know what to say anymore. Very depressing.

"The pope last week controversially ordered all parents to force their religious beliefs on the children violating the UN Charter on the Rights of the Child."Do you see that???We had better pray the UN doesn’t gain too much power or taking your children to Mass could get you arrested for violating your childs rights:mad:

Furthermore they are putting the actions of priests that preyed on kids on him and that is not fair at all. Most child molesters are married with children:mad: Why is it so out of the sphere of believability that children can be loved and appreciated by men and women without any ulterior motives.

Well the author is described as: contributed by Ugo Lancione, Vatican Correspondent

For which media? What else has he written? Who does he work for? Has he ever stepped foot in the Vatican Press Office I wonder? :ehh:

What one sees, is not always what one gets.

*Let’s not ferget that the majority of priests accussed of sexual abuse were involved in homosexual behavior, *
*not pedophilia. And we all kwow how normal and healthy Homosexuality is…Don’t we? *:whacky:

I don’t think this article is laughable in the least. I think the author should be publicly horse-whipped in St. Peters Square! Sincerely, Big Paulie

:clapping: :clapping: :clapping: I don’t have a whip, but I will provide the cheers:eek: BTW I brought up who the majority of molesters are because it seems like the media feel like priests are the only ones.Yes the homosexual activist are not happy with our new Pope this may be some backlash from that:nope:

Hmm I wonder what the author thinks about Michal Jackson and sleeping in beds with young boys.

This is truly sad.

I suspect that in the cse of this article the “who” wrote it may tell you quite a bit about the WHAT he wrote.

The allegations related to a letter the pope sent to all bishops ordering them to cover up investigations into clergy sex abuse involving children.

Where is the letter???MSM would have pciked it up in a heartbeat!
“The pope’s fascination with the children is unholy,” a statement issued by Catholics Against Child Abuse (CACA) read. “The courts should issue restraining orders against all Catholic clergy including the pope from getting within 100 yards of a child until they are ready and willing to deal transparently with the abuse scandal.”

Okay this means no one could go mass with their childern! Oh yea lets also treat ever single priest as if he is guilty. Thats is such the american way!

These people need to learn to think before they speak. They do more harm then good by speaking out like this…

The U.N. lost all credibility over the Rwanda genocide.

I’m not much of a lawyer, but statements like “The allegations related to a letter the pope sent to all bishops ordering them to cover up investigations into clergy sex abuse involving children.” sound like the sort of libel case that is easy to prosecute and impossible to defend. Isn’t there a group called the Catholic Defense League, or something like that, which takes on cases of this sort?

Alrighty then. Clearly a false claim. Clearly damaging to the Church. Clearly defamation. The people to contact forthwith are the Catholic League in the US and the Catholic Civil Rights League in Canada.

I contacted the Catholic League about this article. There is no way this is legal to falsely accuse the Pope of child abuse! I’m sick about the abuse that has happened by some of our priests- I have seen the statistic of 1.7% of American clergy were involved. That is 1.7% too many. But according to a researcher from Penn State, 10% of Protestant ministers have been accused of molestation! Where is the MSM on that?

Edited to say that there are two more articles against the Pope on this reprehensible site:

unspun.mithuro.com/content/view/187/3/

unspun.mithuro.com/content/view/184/36/

Who are these people?

True, and it makes me sick that they are treating the Pope like this. Maybe we should call the people who wrote this trash “Popeophobes”? Or “Catholic-phobes”? Maybe both? It seems they hate and fear the Pope and the Catholic Church.

Anyone can affirm that he’s a Vatican correspondant…

Wonder if the author would have accused Jesus of the same thing? After all, Christ encouraged the children to come to Him.
