Not within my close family. My dad does have a cousin who is relatively wealthy. I once stayed at her house. It wasn’t a mansion, but it was large, nice, and in a gated neighborhood filled with rich people.

TPAM has has broken a bone

True…a heavy mower deck crushed my big toe…it healed over time, and the bones fused.

TPAM is an usher.

Yes, though I just started ushering at my church a couple weeks ago. With that said, I did usher at my Presbyterian church throughout college, but that church was incredibly small compared to the one I go to now.

TPAM has travelled outside their country

Many times, and I have lived outside my country for most of my life—my family left our country when I was three months old.

TPAM is lactose intolerant.

Oddly enough, I’ve never known anyone in real life who had an allergy to peanuts or to nuts of any other kind. I read about these cases in the papers and there seem to be so many people with that problem these days that I wonder how I’ve never met any of them.

TPAM reads the comic strips first and the front page after that.

Nope…it’s sports first, then the editorial page, then the comics, then the front page.

TPAM enjoys Mexican restaurants.

No, it’s almost always the other way around. But…I love to read, and I’m not a film person.

TPAM is currently nursing a cold. 🤧

Sort of. I still have a bit of a cough and congestion, but most of the symptoms have gone away. Last Friday and Saturday were the two days that I got hit really hard, but I was fine Sunday to at least go to Mass and usher. That said, I did play it safe and took the host by hand rather than tongue and passed by the cup. It threw me off more than I was expecting a simple change to.

TPAM likes hiking

Nope, too difficult for me. Crosswords, yes.

TPAM likes doing crosswords …

Yes, and given all the places I’ve lived, I often haven’t been too far from at least one decent amusement park with some roller coasters.

TPAM likes driving

Yes unless it is in the middle of rush hour in a large city like Washington D.C.
TPAM uses an electric razor.

No…I’ve used a safety razor for the past 50+ years…had a Gillette adjustable that lasted 46 years, and was very disappointed to find that they are no longer made…I now use a British-made safety razor and Wilkinson Sword blades. I remember once trying my father’s electric razor while I was home on leave…I got razor burn trying to duplicate the shave I got with the safety razor.

TPAM enjoys foggy days.

I don’t think I ever consciously “enjoyed” fog when I was living in London, though I certainly didn’t dislike it.

TPAM still watches reruns of Everybody Loves Raymond.

No, not anymore. That was something I did do with my grandfather.

TPAM has run a 5K
