I have no words. Well, words that I can say without getting suspended. 😠

The person that hired them should be named, fired, and fined. They allowed someone that had no business being anywhere near that sculpture to deface it. The name of the person that defaced it with their “restoration” should be made public, and banned from ever working on any artwork. They both should have to pay for a proper restoration.
 
Great Googly-Moogly. How are amateurs getting their hands on these? I swear, this one almost looks intentionally botched.
