Hi all,
I just wanted to share a story about the power of prayer.
Recently my mother was diagnosed with a very uncommon cancer, a 3.5cm growth on her pancreas with smaller growths on her liver and lung.
We made several requests for people to pray for her, I think I remembered to include one here, as well as put her on the parish sick list and the legion of Mary in our parish prayed for her while the doctors decided what to do.
They re-ran some of the tests and found that the cancer has spontaneously healed from her pancreas and liver, leaving only a small growth on her lung which the specialists described as “insignificant”. She is still going to have to see the specialists occasionally but the most frightening problem has gone, without any medical treatment at all!
Thank you to all who prayed for her, it really worked well!
