In the “Dialogue Masses” you also see the beginnings of concelebration, which did not exist pre-Vatican II, and which most people take for granted today.

Concelebration did exist prior to Vatican II, but in very limited circumstances at least just prior to Vatican II, namely ordination and consecration of a bishop. It is believed to have also existed in early Catholicism mainly for major feasts but fell gradually into disuse.

Yes, but the pre-V2 concelebration was nothing at all like what we now call concelebration.

It sounds like that other than posture, concelebration at an ordination is the same.

And concelebration in the Eastern Churches (including those in communion with Rome) sounds similar as well.

The posture is different. The new priest(s) does not wear a chazzie. He does not receive under both kinds. He is at some distance from the altar. This is a rather different thing than what most people picture as concelebration.
