The responsibility of a Christian.

What do you suppose is the responsibility of a Christian.? I won’t say ‘remove denominations’ but at the very core of our faith, what are we really called to do after our fist spiritual act of believing in Jesus? What is our expected service to Our Lord and to our fellow Christian, and our fellow non-believing human being? Just wondering what people’s thoughts are.
 
And He said to him, " ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ "This is the great and foremost commandment. "The second is like it, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ “On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.”

Love God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) with all that we can, Live our lives holy because the Lord our God is Holy (This means following every rule). And of course our responsibility with the World, Preach His Word, because He ordered us to do it. These three at least every Christian should follow.
 
I believe it is to Love each other as Christ has Loved us. (John 13:34)

I suppose at this point it may be redundant, but, there is memorization in rote.
  1. Love God.
  2. Love neighbour.

We are called to do our best to live like Christ did.
 
  1. Love God
  2. Love All Your Neighbor
    (For the second this for me includes a principle to help the poor not a demand but rather an expectation of the entire body of Christ.)
