“The sin deriving by our first parents is called original (meaning by origin or inheritance).”
“What is genetically transmitted in the semen is human nature and together with that nature, its sickness.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
The inclination to choose unhappiness,
Original sin and fallen nature,
The weakness of will and intellect to choose what is self-evident,
Is inherited through our biology.
“All men born from Adam can be thought of as one man sharing one nature derived from him, in much the same way that in political matters all the members of a community are thought of as limbs or members of one body, and a community as a whole as one person.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
As the “body of Adam,”
The human race and community of people,
We share in this inclination to choose unhappiness.
“The penalty Christ suffered is shared with the baptized person, become a member of Christ’s body, as if he himself had suffered that penalty”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
Through baptism, we share in Christ’s suffering,
(Which is the payment due for our sins),
As a member of the Body of Christ.
“Baptism has the power to remove even the inherited defects of our present life, but that power takes effect not in the present life but only when just men rise again.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
Baptism (the sacrament of faith),
Starts us on the Way of justification.
And removes the effects of original sin.
“The necessity of baptism was announced to men only after Christ had suffered and risen again: partly because then all the previous sacraments came to an end, and partly because baptism conforms us to the pattern of Christ’s suffering and resurrection, making us dead to sin and starting a new life of justice… After his suffering and rising again, Christ made baptism necessary for both Jew and Gentile when he said ‘Go, teach all nations, baptizing them.’”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
The Way of justification is suffering to resurrection.
“If someone is owned one pound you give two pounds out of your own pocket you are not doing something unjust, but something generous and merciful. The same is true if you remit a debt or pardon an offense ; forgiving is a form of giving. Mercy does not oppose justice, but fills it out.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
Justice is giving what is due,
Mercy gives more of the same.
“God’s justice is based on his mercy, for nothing is due to any creature except because of something it already is or will be because of God’s goodness. Mercy starts all God’s works and grows in all that follows, God always giving beyond the measure of a creature’s due.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
God’s justice is merciful.

So,

When the just rise,
What happens to their biology?

Aren’t you missing something? What of the human body before the Fall?

If you’re looking for the answer, I suggest starting there.

So,

When the just rise,
What happens to their biology?
Our bodies will be transformed into imperishable bodies so that we can dwell in heaven. We will not be male or female, but we will be like the angels. Since nothing unclean can enter heaven, our spiritual bodies will no longer have any inclination toward sin.

Our lord Jesus Christ was born, died, was buried, and on the third day he resurrected from the death. He told us that we live after our body dies. He then gave us an example by coming back to life after death.

Our bodies will be transformed into imperishable bodies so that we can dwell in heaven. We will not be male or female, but we will be like the angels. Since nothing unclean can enter heaven, our spiritual bodies will no longer have any inclination toward sin.
We will still be male and female, that is inherent in our nature. But we will not have much of a sex drive.

Jesus was still male after His resurrection. If you want to know what will happen to us, find out what happened to Him (and Mary).

Aren’t you missing something? What of the human body before the Fall?
If you’re looking for the answer, I suggest starting there.
“The sufferings of Christ achieved our salvation, properly speaking, by removing evil from us; his resurrection was the beginning of good things to come.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation

Maybe you can describe the human body before the Fall.

Certainly, death never follows a perfect (and True) resurrection,
So the human body after a True resurrection,
Is better than the human body,
Before a True resurrection,
And no other resurrection,
Follows a True resurrection.
“In the heavenly state the soul is not subject to the body but master of it, and at the resurrection the glory of our soul will overflow into our body; but on earth souls are bound to their bodies and in a way subject to them and dependent on them, and for that reason they only understand by resorting to images.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
That which is material,
Can lead us to the spiritual,
After our own perfect resurrection,
Our soul is made master to the material.
Our soul is no longer subject to the material.
(e.g. The material body is subject to the Principle of Life, as willed by the soul)
Aggressive emotions desire the mastery over death.
Death (and illness), is found in our biology,
As original sin, its cause,
Is found in our biology.
These aggressive emotions,
Lead us to detach from material glory,
And attach to the spiritual glory we naturally desire (Life).

This sounds like the aggressive emotions (concupiscence) are a good thing. They are the cause of our continual sin.

Maybe you can describe the human body before the Fall.
Why would I do that? You’re the one constructing a position here and developing your premises. Why don’t you look into Scripture, Aquinas and the rest and add what you learn about it as part of your premises?

This sounds like the aggressive emotions (concupiscence) are a good thing. They are the cause of our continual sin.
“Sometimes however taking pleasure in something or avoiding pain from it is not within our immediate power and requires effort. To deal with such difficulties we are endowed with emotions that respond to challenges, like boldness, feeling afraid, hoping and other so-called aggressive emotions. The function of aggressive emotions is to facilitate affection, so every aggressive emotion ends up in affection.”
Aggressive emotions are good when not concupiscent (inclined to a lack of complete Goodness).
“Affections like feeling joyful or sad, loving or hating, are reactions to what we perceive as straightforwardly good or bad, agreeable or disagreeable, pleasure or painful.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
When our perceptions fail,
We may choose a lack of Goodness over Goodness,
Even though we all still naturally desire Goodness over evil (the lack of Goodness).
“This inclination comes either from God (who cannot cause sin) or the will itself. But three things are involved in any object influencing the will: the object, appealing to man’s will through his external senses, the one who presents the object, and the one who persuades us of the objects goodness (and that could be the devil or some other man).”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
Perceptions can be manipulated through the material body by others.
“Man’s only defense is his reason and this can be totally overwhelmed by images and emotions, as we see in cases of demonic possession; but when reason is fettered in this way nothing man does can be reckoned as sin, and as a result of that sin human nature is so weakened that we are all prone to sin. But he is not a direct cause.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
Perceptions can fail where the intellect fails.
“The devil can cause anything that can be caused by moving bodies around in space, God permitting.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
The devil and man can only manipulate with God’s permission.
Goodness is still and always naturally preferred over evil,
And this is always, to all people, self-evident.

God can also move bodies around in space,
Frustrating the actions of the devil,
And acts where the intellect fails,
Despite the devil’s lies,
Contrary to this.
“What man can earn is the appointed end toward which God moves his free will. So, perseverance in glory (which is the end in question) can be earned. But perseverance in grace throughout life cannot be earned since it depends on God’s movement, the source of all earning. God is free to bestow perseverance on whomsoever he wills to bestow it. But what can’t be earned can always be prayed for.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
God permitting evil to overcome,
Can lead us to deeper prayer.
“Some (diabolical) movements stimulate our imaginations for ‘during sleep,’ Aristotle says, ‘the blood carries stored sense perceptions to some center of perception, and it seems to us as though we are sensing external objects.’… and as Origen showed when he said that ‘even if there were no devil, men would still desire food and sex and the like, and whether those desires were controlled by reason or not would be up to our free will’.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
The inclination to a lack of complete Goodness,
Exists as long as we still to eat, sleep, and desire sex,
Regardless of the devil’s actions.
“In the life to come there will be no food or sex to take pleasure in,…”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
However,

After a True and perfect resurrection,
There would be no need for food, sleep, or sex.

And acts where the intellect fails,
More specifically,

Since God is Existence,
Which is the Principle of reason,
The success of the intellect itself,
Is guided by God.
“Revelation is handed down from the more knowledgeable to the lesser. The faith of the more knowledgeable teachers must be more explicit. The less knowledgeable learners are obliged to believe implicitly whatever their teachers are truly passing on from God, but only that. If some teachers teach falsehood this cannot harm the faith of the simple people who believe them to be teaching truth, unless they stick to the errors of some particular clique in the face of the universal teaching of the church. For that teaching can never fail, the Lord having said ‘I myself have prayed for you, Peter, that your faith will never fail’”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
An imperfect teaching does no harm,
If it is viewed in the context,
Of all church teachings,
Flowing from faith in God,
Rather than the intellect.
“So there has to be some other inner cause moving us to assent, which Pelagians held to be our own free will. We begin our faith, they said, by being ready to assent, and God completes it by proposing to us what we should believe. But that is a mistake. To assent to matters of faith is something surpassing our natures, and requires supernatural interior stimulus from God. So our assent, the chief act of faith, is an interior movement of God’s grace.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
Contrary to the teachings of the Pelagian clique,
God guides the free will to believe,
Our free will is not free from this.
“If it is to be explicit, faith needs matters of belief to be proposed to it, which it can assent to. Clearly, the proposing must come from God: to apostles and prophets immediately, and to others by preachers sent from God. But to assent, all external inducements and persuasions of men and witness of miracles are insufficient, for faced with such things some believe and some don’t.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
However,
External inducements are not sufficient for assent to a belief,
So the free will still maintains this freedom.
“The devil’s faith is forced from him by evidence of signs. Faith given by grace inclines men to believe from love (even if not always the love of charity); but the devil is not inclined by grace but forced to believe by his natural intelligence of mind.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
The devil has willed to assent only by his intellect.
He is no longer being moved by God to assent.
“Signs are intended for men, to lead them from the known to the unknown.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
The devil uses visible signs to teach.
But visible signs, like analogies,
Imperfectly teach the truth.
“Reasoning is a process that starts from something we already understand and leads to the understanding of something new; but grace doesn’t issue from natural understanding but adds to perfecting it.”
Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation
God uses visible signs to teach,
Which can perfectly teach the truth,
Flowing from faith in God,
Rather than the intellect.
