Jesus appeared to his deciples after he rose. Why didn’t he appear to the pharisees and the unbelivers to prove he was the SON OF GOD ?

Because they would not have believed it was HIM. Even His disciples had trouble accepting HE was back alive (e.g. Emmaus). And these were men who knew HIM closely.

From Luke Chapter 16:27 and following, Lazarus and the rich man in torrment:

The rich man said, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my father’s house,
for I have five brothers, so that he may warn them, lest they too come to this place of torment.’ But Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the prophets. Let them listen to them.’ He said, ‘Oh no, father Abraham, but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’ Then Abraham said, ‘If they will not listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if someone should rise from the dead.’"

He may have. Perhaps? But without faith, they would not have recognized Him.

Even Thomas didn’t exactly believe at first, now did he? How much more difficult for someone who never DID believe in Jesus even before His death!

Jesus said to him in reply, “You have said so. But I tell you: From now on you will see ‘the Son of Man seated at the right hand of the Power’ and ‘coming on the clouds of heaven.’” (Mat 26:64)

and they will level you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation." (Luke 19:44)

Similair to God’s coming on the cloud of the Assyrian army (Isa 19:1-20:6), the Sanhedrin physically saw the Roman army.
