The Rock still standing How can this be?

You know as a RC I have been accused of being brain-washed, vain, a non thinking RC. You name it Ive been called it. And isnt it strange that today as we speak, the Bible said that the Church, build upon Peter, started in Rome the RCC, is still standing. This same Church which the bible said is led by the Holy Spirit will be here till the end of time, is in fact still, here, hasnt changed. And isnt it strange how the scripture even said the Church will be thru many trials, but will still stay standing. Is it strange, or is it that God kept his promise? How can anyone Catholic or NC say that this isnt true? Because in fact today its still standing and getting stronger every day. That is the RCC. Im not saying you have to believe in the Church, or go to the Church, but we must all agree that this is true. The Church is still standing today!

I believe it is because those who deny the nature of the Rock interpret the verse completely differently, and claim the Church was not Catholic since the beginning…

Im sorry but I think you must have taken what i said wrong. What i meant by that statement was Jesus does keep his promises, the RCC is the proof.
