When you pray the rosary, can you pray it for more than one intention. I tend to have a list that I state before I pray it. I’m just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on this. Does it matter?

You are welcome to pray the Rosary for as many intentions as you like, for a few intentions, or for just one intention.

:blessyou:

That’s one reason why I love the rosary so much. You can add as much prayers and intentions that you like to it. You can pray for as much intentions as you want! 👍

No. It doesn’t matter The more intentions, the merrier! 😉

But sometimes saying it for one thing is more powerful but do both say many rosaries everyday please!!! It is so good for your soul and well being

It doesn’t matter. Sometimes I pray it for many intentions sometimes for none at all. I usually will stop after 5 intentions (1 for each decade) but that is just me personally.

God bless!

The rosary is not a magical enchantment, it doesn’t get stronger or weaker; it is a prayer, a dialogue with god through the intercession of Mary.

Actually what I wrote was completely theologically correct as was what you wrote however your response was out of context to what I wrote and could confuse some people on this forums so please retract what you said to my statement. Thank You. Maybe if English is your second language I could see some confusion there
