The Sabbath?

How come the bible says the sabbath is on saturday, and yet we (catholics) say its on sunday? Aren’t we supposed to be following God’s word in the bible? I am very confused right now, because it doesn’t say anywhere in the bible that God changed the day, or that the apostles changed to Sunday…can someone help me out, im confused.
