Has anyone meditate on the Seven sorrows and joys of our Blessed Mother? They are biblical support. Check out the verses.

The Seven Sorrows

I think most of us with a devotion for Our Lady, who understand her place in salvific history, have meditated on the 7 Sorrows and the 7 Joys. Many times they come up while praying Morning/Evening Prayer or praying the Rosary. Of course, meditating on them directly is always good, especially the sorrowful ones now, during Lent, and the joyful ones during Easter and Christmas.
 
Yes, the 7 Sorrows make up the Servite Rosary, and the 7 Joys make up the Franciscan Crown. If I have the time, I like to recite the Servite Rosary on Friday and the Franciscan Crown on saturday.
 
Yep, but only a few times. I usually stick with the rosary.
 
I know of and say the Franciscan Crown, but I have never heard of the Servite Rosary. Can you explain and tell me how to say it?
