If I’m understanding this question; the OP is asking was some matter created before other matter. The singularity was created and some “time” later (within eternity) God added the other half to the mix to create the world? Life was given the ability before it was given the go-ahead?

I think we are on the same track, but where it leads I’m not sure. I like how you say God added the other half to the mix. Jesus definitely made all things anew!
