Saint Rita did not have an evil husband or violent sons. Learn more about her life and learn the truth.

Yes, St. Rita’s life goes to show what someone who serves God may well be able to do for the person they are married to.
Her husband had a change of heart before he was murdered and The Lord took her sons before they could commit the mortal sin of murder, an answer to her prayers.

Oh thank you for saying what I was about to say. The idea that her husband was evil is a huge misinterpretation.

You need to read more about her life with detail, her husband wasn’t “evil” he was a bad thempered person. He was rude, he ignored her, he yelled at her that he didn’t like the food but he didn’t do any actions against her that were inherently evil. He was more of the typical grumpy, cranky husband who does nothing in the house and is a big brat and more of another child than a husband but the evil connotation is a little strong.
