In what is seen as a great moment at the Olympics last week. an American distance runner stopped in the middle of a race to help another runner, who had fallen after they collided.
She says the only way I can understand what I did is “that God prepared my heart to respond this way… This whole time here he’s made it clear to me that my experience in Rio was going to be about more than my race performance–and as soon as Nikki got up I knew that was it.”
