She is the most celebrated saint of Sweden, who lived in the 1300s when Sweden was a Catholic country. She was happily married for 28 years, having eight children. Beginning when she was a young girl, she had surprising supernatural visions (which have always been regarded as authentic in the Church.) Freely giving candid advice to kings and other important people, she spent her last years in Rome, urging the Pope to return from Avignon, France, to Rome.

They still have Christian roots though. Russia returned to Christianity after 74 years of secular humanism because of its Christian roots.

True, true. The Lord is good. That was quite a great feat with Russia and other Soviet bloc nations.
