I did find this movie today … Have not been interested in this kind of things, but - the 3 am has a big signification for me personally. It started 2006, when I started to wake up 3 am … The first times I was in panic and thought that something has happend with someone in my family - I did wait until 5 am to call my mother the first nights. After that it became normal - I didn’t even look the clock - I was wake and if I did finally looked, it was 3:05, 3:10 3:15 and everything between. I started to tell friends that I have “3 o’clock curse” and it was actually funny that time … Until I saw this movie.
I went through big depression, because I was not treated for bipolar disorder until I tried to make suicide in 2014. The fact that I made through it alive after coma, was a “miracle” as the doctor told me later - he said, if I would have got help 2 minutes later, I would not be here. What I saw, when I was in come - I don’t know, if any of this is true, but I became a believer of god - I do not go around and tell other people about this, but I know, that there is something more.
I have now strong sleeping pills to help me sleep - I do take 60 mg of mirtazepine to help me sleep through the night and and after that I have not woke up during the night anymore. I don’t want make anybody to believe this, but this is what happend with me … This “3 o’clock curse” dose not sound very funny anymore at this moment.
Has anybody had the same experience? I did find a topic about this, but it is locked.
PS! Sorry for my bad english
