Is it proper to baptise someone in the name of “Creator, Redeemer and Sanctifier” instead of “Father, Son and Holy Spirit” I think it is theologically wrong and against the sacred tradition of our church.

No, it is not proper. In fact, this had been happening in Australia in one particular parish – and the bishop is now suggesting doing a conditional baptism for every baby that was baptized using that formula. The Church has given us a formula to be used, and we are required to use it, and not to invent one of our own choosing.

Not only is it improper it clearly invalidates the Baptism…

If a priest performs such a Baptism it is invalid and the Bishop needs to be informed immediately so as to prevent more invalid Baptisms.
