I’m not a Islamic Scientist to answer you, but in my personal ideology every where in in Bible which we have enough resons to be changed, I’ll believe that changed. Quran in some verses say things against Bible and it is absolute that Quran knows that it’s word is against Bible. So Quran protct this idology that Bible is got changed by some ones.

Biliefs are not same. Some Muslims think that Bible is completly from god and never god changed.(When I say it got changed I do not mean all of is changed I mean some parts of it is changed) They think that jews and christians translate the Bible wrong. We may not understand your (Islamic) definition of love, but I can guarantee you that Islam does not understand “agape”, which is what our concept of love is based on, as Christians. We are speaking two different languages, and neither of them are Farsi or English.

You are perfectly right Planten that Friendship has genuine love for Catholics ( but not other Christians?) ? We are Christians first and foremost dear Planten. So here if you want friendhsip to share his love with only Catholics and reject other Christians than I wonder why.

2ndly, you are absolutely right when you say that Friendship is telling the truth about Islam but it can be truth to those who believe in Islam, but for Christians its a big lie.

Blah…blah?! You are tha master of fallacy. You don’t want to know. Your ideology says that peolple killed the only son of God and prophets of God. Didn’t God can protect his own son and his prophets? Wasn’t Jesus word of God? So why God let people kill his word?

It’s part of the sacrifice that God wanted to show human being…It’s to show the ultimate love a father can do to his children that is us human being. We need redeemer for sins that we could fall into or had fallen into. This is to show that justice and love that is required to save us can be both met and fulfilled.

Why u’re arguing that our book is corrupted can only mean that all those prophets that were mentioned in the OT and NT were not even prophets but liars because if we see the continuation of the messages from the history that is also collected in the bible, we should be able see that all those previous prophets must have the book of the previous relevation with them. So if one prophet of a time couldn’t find the corrupted part of the previous relevation, then he intendedly wanted to deceive the people of his own time. It’s just like saying that at the time Jesus quoted the bible, He had quoted a book that is already corrupted!! And all his apostles were also using the corrupted book! Then indeed God was messing up a lot!

If God interfered in what pepole do his massages and teaching, Then people was not free. People must be free to do good things and bad things.

Yeah…then why later on God think that he needed to interfere at the time of Muhammad? So he can make all these people suddenly tied up and loose their freedom? This is rather awkward argument since it means that God has deliberately let all his people to be astrayed because He didn’t want the message, which is the standard to fulfill His requirement to be known by the people. It’s similar to having a match of a game played with a wrong regulation and the comittee or the judge doesn’t need to have the rule of the game kept or applied. How would the game be fair?

God doesn’t need religion. We are the one who needs religion, the matter is that God is one. If the term muslim complies to one who believes and obey God, then indeed we won’t need religion. But if it only complies to accepting Muhammad as the prophet, then it’s not our problem to deny it. I dont think you have read the Holy Bible and understood it. If not yu would not ask the first question. Right from the beginning God wanted sin offerings and you may have read about them in the Holy Bible, They used to offer the first born of lamb, and others, which was offered in the temple. But was God pleased with those offerings? He accepted them but He had already planned what He wanted and its there in the first book of Genisis, It was God’s plan for the Word to be sacrificed once and for all and thats how it happened. Thats why Christians dont offer any sin offering as for us Christians Jesus was the final offering for all our sins. That does not mean we can keep on sinning.

But Muslims still offer sin offerings as in the OT, thats why they kill millions of sheep for bakra idd, and say its in remembrance of Abraham and his son, without even knowing why God asked Abraham this sacrifice. They deny the final sacrifice and why? its all because they have been blinded by the satan.

You know, brother Morning Star, your questions are questions that U.S. citizens like me ask ourselves every single day, and your sentiments of anger are justified. Without talking about the Iraq war, we can still say that USA is highly hypocritical in talking about spreading democracy in the Middle East while supporting the horrible regime in SA, or even more “moderate” leaders like Mubarak in Egypt (who is not moderate if you are a political blogger!). None of them are good for their countries or for the world.

I don’t think it is right to say SA should be wiped off the map. I met many nice Saudis during my Arabic courses (three terms/1 year), and Sam_777 is also Saudi. We should remember that Saudis are just like any people, some are good and some are bad. Of course, I think Saudi Arabia must change, and having the USA and other influential countries treating them so softly does not help them realize that they need to change. Of course, they should give up having the Qur’an as the first and highest law (as should all Muslim-majority countries), and they should abolish all rules and laws on a federal and a local level that force Islam on the people. Get rid of laws that say non-Muslims can’t be citizens. Get rid of laws against churches so that the Christian workers from Philippines, Ethiopia, and other places can have churches in the open and not be forced underground and beaten for meeting in groups in private homes. All Muslims need to learn that if they believe in their own faith, other people having a different faith cannot endanger them, so they don’t need to treat Christians like a disease or a plague on society. Of course, this is not what Islam tells them, so they won’t listen. We are “najis” (unclean) to them because are not Muslims. They cannot stand even Christian ARABS and still say that they are some kind of sick, western brainwashed garbage, because they cannot bear the thought that before their religion started there were strong Christian people across the entire Middle East (Assyrians, Copts, Maronites, etc), and it is THESE people who are the real owners of these lands they now call “Islamic/Muslim”. Even the Christian Arabs like the Ghassanids got to these places first, because the Muslim Arabs drove them out! What a sad history…no wonder they hate us so much…it is always easier to hate someone else than to look at what you are ashamed of in yourself or your history.

Let’s pray for Muslims that they stop thinking only as the Qur’an tells them to. The world is not against Islam, and never has been. Islam is against the world, and always has been, and always will be. Before we were dirty kuffar to them, these same people were probably Christian, Jewish, or maybe even among the “non-protected”! How easy it is to forget that, if you only believe what Islam tells you!

What are your reasons to confirm that Muhammad is a prophet of God? I have asked this question so many times and no one will give me a reasonable answer. The best I’ve gotten is that Muhammad was trustworthy in business (which is certainly not a reason to accept someone as a prophet.) So if you can enlighten all of us as to all of the reasons that confirm Muhammad’s prophethood I would appreciate it.
