I think you are dismissing many genuine seekers that have tried and failed to have faith.
It’s easy to discern between genuine seekers and those who in no way seek Faith in Jesus…

Sorry. There are certain people that God just doesn’t want for some reason…or He’s just not there. No other explanation makes sense to me.
I’ve never heard a Christian say anything remotely like that.

Do you really think for a second that God did not want the Jewish Leaders during Jesus’ Time of Preaching to them to accept Jesus? … Are you not familiar with the GOSPEL?

Christ is my Lord - Hits the nail squarely on its head 🙂

Yes, faith is a gift of the Holy Spirit, not based on “proof,” but on us letting go of our desire to understand and control everything, and falling into the loving arms of our Savior and trusting like a child. Turning to Him without demanding proof, and letting our Shepherd lead us without questioning, but knowing that He is good and faithful. He has already provided us with more than enough evidence in His Word.

The very last thing His enemies want was and is to have Faith in Christ

I got very tired of being blamed for not having this. Nope, not going to take the blame anymore. Sorry. There are certain people that God just doesn’t want for some reason…or He’s just not there. No other explanation makes sense to me.
Of course it is not your fault to not feel God’s presence in a certain way…whoever says this is your fault thinks they can control God and His actions? Our job is to seek God with a completely open heart and trust, we cannot control how His presence manifests itself in our life but we can know for certain that He will not turn us away, no matter what we “feel” at the moment. (I’ve learned the hard way that seeking feelings for reassurance is futile 😉, but I must not only trust, but know that He always hears me) He promises in His Word, He will not refuse us if we turn to Him. He does not take back His word. We must keep an open heart to Him and surrender to whatever He holds for us and however He wants to reveal Himself to us.

John 6:37 “All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.“

Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

1 Timothy 2:3-4 “ This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.”

Revelation 3:20 “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.”

I can’t imagine thinking I’ve been rejected by God…thank goodness this is not a possibility when we seek Him! (The devil may like to try to convince us of this but it’s all lies) I know He is with me always, and with every one of His sheep…Pray, pray, pray for the Holy Spirit! He will not refuse one who seeks earnestly. I will pray for you too, appreciate seeing you around CAF regularly 😀
