I’ve never heard the question asked before. And other than for curiosity’s sake (which I truly understand ), does it matter?
For presanctified liturgies, we add unconsecrated wine to the reserved host, and treat it all as Divine.
Also, excepting the Ruthenian usage, only the lamb, and not all of the bread used is consecrated, and the “merely” blessed bread is added to the chalice for distribution (or for Melkites, intinction).
