The whole law summed up twice, different result

I have found that the whole law was summed up by Jesus Chirst. Which can be read in Matt 22:34-40 and Mark 12:28-34. However in Galatians 5:14 it is a different law than in the previous statement (it is not including the same meaning) by Jesus Christ himself. Is Galatians by Paul wrong in this verse?

St. Paul in Galatians, in context, is speaking of our duties toward other people and summarizing the law in that regard (the preceding verses speak of not imposing circumcision on others and to treat each other with charity). This is even more clear in Romans 13 where he provides the same summary after listing those commandments that apply to our neighbor:

Romans 13:[8] Owe no man any thing, but to love one another. For he that loveth his neighbour, hath fulfilled the law. [9] For Thou shalt not commit adultery: Thou shalt not kill: Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness: Thou shalt not covet: and if there be any other commandment, it is comprised in this word, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. [10] The love of our neighbour worketh no evil. Love therefore is the fulfilling of the law.

Love of God is implicit in this context. Refer to verse 6 where Paul says (emphasis mine):

For in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith working through love.

Therefore, if one exhibits love for his neighbor, he is implicitly exhibiting his faith in Christ.
