You forgot Mao. Also, you should include Stalin’s unborn victims, since abortion was an intrinsic part of the Soviet system, and the numbers of aborted children throughout the world are very high.

But yes, the numbers of American children murdered before birth – truly scary.

Yea Mao Zedong is up there, a max of 180,000. These are tragedies but can’t compare to America’s murders-thats the point of the post. Even notorious Hitler falls short with 6 million. Stalin was gigantor. I can see him screaming in hell as the worm bites off his head everytime it grows back. I’m not sure how I’d calculate Russian abortions, how does the US compare to the rest of the world?
 
I understand that the Chinese Communists force women to abort after they’ve had one kid (one child policy) and that many women abort girls because boys are valued more, so they keep aborting girls until they get pregnant with a boy, the only child they’ll be allowed to keep. There’s about a billion Chinese and I don’t feel like doing the math. One way or the other, I don’t consider it a question of numbers.

Stalin didn’t actually kill that many people, they died of starvation due to his social engineering (got to break some eggs if you want a Communist omelette).

I like bacon in my omelette.

Stalin’s “Great purge”- the soviet holocaust- killed millions, Stalin’s “five year plan” which starved millions yes, but he also put millions to death at the same time who opposed him politically, the “kulaks” they were called. Stalin forcefully took the peoples land so he is responsible for their deaths by starvation, and their forced exile to siberia. Stalin forced millions into labor camps were there they died from disease, malnutrition etc.

Many don’t know that Stalin was also responsible for the death of 1 million Koreans by arming them and pressing them into war with the west, and when he invaded Germany he killed another million or so after the war.

See documentary; “Stalin, Portrait of a Monster in Blood.” estimates deaths at 60-100 million.
 
does anyone know if the u.s has the highest rate of abortions or what the number of abortions are in other countries?

it is hard to believe that so many people were killed under stalin.

why does hitler have a worse reputation that stalin i wonder?

Stalin killed his own people without really caring anything about their ancestry and didn’t start a major war. Hitler started a war and killed specific groups trying to eradicate them.

Surely China’s forced abortions in such a large population result in far greater number of abortions than in the US
 
I can not exactly remember the name of the guy who said it or have the exact quote in front of me but it went something like this— Once you get past the idea of killing an innocent human being the rest is just a matter for statisticians.----Now you guys are also forgetting the biggies out of antiquity like Tamerlane, Gengius Khan, the Committee for Public Safety i.e. The French Revolution.

don’t forget Custer’s Last Stand, about 210 cavalrymen killed, a tragedy for everyone.
 
And the Spanish occupation/enslavement/mass killing of South and Central America…ugh, that was nasty business.

Not just the Spanish either. The United Fruit Company’s (now known as Chiquita) history is sickening.

You forgot Japan who killed 20-60 million Chinese in WWII.

In addition, Hitler killed a total of 12 million in the cencentration camp systems and another 15 million or so as his armies swept back and forth across Europe, Russia and North Africa.

Probably because Russia was our ally at the end of WWII. And the U.S. being politically correct even then would NEVER say anything against an ally. Costs money.
