Ed you are bordering on the paranoid. The first site tells about an international meeting of atheists that garnered “hundreds” of attendees. Wow now that’s scary.

The second refers to an atheist and his dislike of the term and how he wants to imitate the evangelical right when they went underground to try to get elected to school boards without anyone knowing their agenda. So the atheists wish to use the same shady tactics used by the far right? That didn’t work for the far right and I see no reason why it will work for this “organization” of atheists either.
 
The term “far right” is meaningless to me. You seem to be ignoring the concept of trends. Currently, it is common to bash the Catholic Church and religion in general, in movies, on TV and on the radio. I don’t know what you watch on TV but most of it is immoral, anti-Christian and perverse. And the misnamed “comedians,” they are against anything Christian with special venom for Catholics.

They are all selling an anti-God worldview.

Ya know Ed. they have bashed the Jews for centuries and they are still here. Catholics have had their fair share of abuse, but mostly its from other protestants who need Catholicism to be wrong so they can be right. We are still here. If TV offends you don’t watch it. There are a lot more serious problems in the world then whether you feel picked on.

And sorry the evangelical right doesn’t mean anything to you. Its rather famous in the US, or was. I think America has had its fill of “born again” warmongers.

I guess my question is: if you are so concerned as you claim about the atheist revolution against Christianity and whatever you think that might mean, why do you spend your time here among Catholics instead of out there on the streets fighting the atheists? They aren’t here you know.
 
But they are here. I won’t name anyone because, atheist or Catholic, my goal is not to offend. But they have identified themselves.

You’re insulting. You goal is exactly to offend. You’ve done nothing but charge people who disagree with you as anti-God and atheists. You’re simply dishonest.
