I have read a bit about Theranos and Elizabeth Holmes. Her company was supposed to revolutionize blood testing by using only a very small p(name removed by moderator)rick amount of blood to check for certain diseases and evaluate how your organs are functioning. Theranos was backed by many influential figures such as George Schultz, Rupert Murdoch, the Walton family, Henry Kissinger, Sam Nunn, and others. However, she is now facing criminal charges of fraud and the trial U.S. v. Holmes, et al. (5:18-cr-00258-EJD) is supposed to be held beginning on August 31, 2021.
