Prayer:
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.

Excuse me, with all due respect, I do not believe you have any authority by saying this to anyone even if your intentions were good. Her decisions are between her and God alone. Rose should have asked to see a priest before mass and explain her situation.

However, we should not be too discouraged if we are unable to go for Confession because God knows our heart and intent. Should we be struck dead at the moment, because of our desire for Confession and our frustration that we couldn’t make it, it would surely be a good mitigation for the mercy of God.

I hope people can read the post carefully before commenting. It seems to happen quite occasionally here. :(😦

Just this morning I tried to go and there was too many people so I didn’t get a chance to confess. I’m upset and am going to try again next week. I don’t understand why it’s so hard.

Satan works hard to prevent you from going to confession.

We ALL have a right and an obligation to explain Church teaching. God Bless, Memaw
