Go to Rome and finish RCIA so I can partake of the Holy Eucharist!

I’d like to:
  1. Finish reading the Bible all the way through.
  2. Catch a fish larger than me.
  3. Catch a shark.
  4. See Star Wars Episode III next May.

A trip out to Ariz., retirement, and to see the pro-abortion, pro-gay ticket defeated in the next election by a big margin.

My wife keeps saying she wants to visit the Holy Land before she dies. I tell her the way things are going over there, it will be very shortly before she dies. I’m sure we’ll go someday, though!

Well, I’d like to:

-Survive long enough to see the Tercentennial, assuming there will still be a free America in 2076. (I just missed the bicentennial! - I’ll be close to the century mark by this time)

-Travel! I wish to visit Rome, Assisi, Scotland, Iona, Greece, Constantinople, and Jerusalem (assuming there is anything left by the time I am able).

-Get married and be able to raise a family firmly in the Christian faith, with them living it better than their father has.

-Be able to help people out in life and in some way be used by God to bring people to Christ.

-Most importantly, grow in my relationship with God that I might become more holy and have fewer regrets than I have now.

  1. Read the Bible cover to cover.
  2. Hmmm, how to word this next one, got it. Not to die a virgin :D;)
  3. Go to a Sir Elton John concert.
  4. Visit Anfield (home of the Liverpool Football Club) and cheer the boys onto victory!
  5. Go to a Real Madrid football match to see England international Michael Owen  play
  6. Get married (kind of relates to the second one 😛 )
  7. Listen to lots of hymns right before I die. I’d love to pass onto Heaven with a favourite hymn in my ear.
  8. Settle in Britain.

Travel the world, have some kids, and become the G.K. Chesterton of the 21st century.

I want to live in good health to help my daughters raise their children. They are 8 and 10 now. My sons are grown. 🙂 I’m 47 now and in excellent health…

When in kindergarden I never got a gold star on my forhead, I’m still going to therapy over it. Now no green dot!! :crying: . Gotta start a new round of therapy I guess.
Please tell me you’re not knocking therapists, I was reading through these posts, and what I might post on the things I want to do before I die, well I was going to say to live a life without anxiety and depression. There is so much stigma attached to people in therapy, with mental health issues and I stumbled across that stigma today.

I have seen and done just about everything I wanted to. Now I want to see my grandkids grow and do some of the thing they want to accomplish. If I can I would like to see Alaska and the British Isles, but if I don’t make it that will be OK. What a great adventure this life has been. 😃

I want to:
  1. Learn to play the viola
  2. Learn all thirty-two of Beethoven’s piano sonatas
  3. Learn to speak Chinese
  4. Visit the Vatican
  5. See a Shakespeare performance at the restored Globe Theatre
  6. Build a log home in the Pacific Northwest
  7. Finish writing my book about Mozart’s Don Giovanni
  8. Work my way through every recipe in Julia Child’s Mastering The Art of French Cooking
  9. Finally finish reading Finnegan’s Wake
  10. Leave this planet a better place than when I arrived

See the rest of my family and friends converted

See my son grown

Take my husband and son to the Vatican
