Third Order Communities in TN

Does anyone know if there are any Third Order communites (of any type) in or close to Tennessee? Western TN to be exact. I feel a strong calling to join a 3rd order and of any I can locate they are pretty far away and right now its not where I can travel a great deal to visit one due to my job. Any info would be appreciated!! Thanks!

BTW, I feel a strong connection to the Carmelites. But I am still praying about it.

AngelRose, according to the Washington, D.C., Province of the Discalced Carmelite Friars, there is presently no Secular Discalced Carmelite Order Community (O.C.D.S.) in Tennessee. There is, though, a formal Study Group (the first stage before forming a Community) in northern Alabama that perhaps is close to you:

Perhaps a member of the Lay Carmelites (O.Carm.) will have some information about that Order in TN.
 
The Nashville Dominican sisters are wonderful, and they have a third order (of both men and women). I know several people who make the drive down from Kentucky every month for meetings. Definitely worth it.
 
AngelRose, I was mistaken in thinking that Tennesse is in the Washington, D.C. Province. Your state is in the Oklahoma Province of the Discalced Carmelites and the person to contact regarding the closest Communities or Study Groups to you is Fr. John Michael Payne, O.C.D. who is located in Arkansas. His address can be found at this site:

There is an S.F.O. frat. In Germantown/Memphis. They meet at Out Lady Of Perpetual Help in Germantown, TN.
