Loving God,

We lift up our intentions for Jim, your son who has endured much hardship and many trials, and has remained faithful and courageous in the face of suffering. Please help our friend to make the best choice for his family in this most recent development, and grant him continued trust in your divine providence. Lord, you love Jim and his family, and you will provide in his time of uncertainty and need. Please bless all the members of this family during this time of possible anxiety and concern, while they also deal with many other health related issues.

Please help Jim and his wife to celebrate their reunion. Please bless his wife who has endured the suffering associated with the decline in her mother’s health, dear Lord.

We lift our prayers in the name of your beloved son Jesus, the Good Shepherd of your people.

Lord, please help your servant through his hardships. Pour unto him your love and mercy.

O great St. Peregrine, you have been called “The Mighty,” “The Wonder-Worker,” because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you.
For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more.
You were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you. (Jim)

Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy.

We seek thy merciful aid, St. Peregrine, especially for those afflicted or threatened by cancer, by any ailment of the foot, or by any incurable diseases. Please help us quickly to find a cure for cancer, and a remedy for all our human infirmities of soul, mind, and body. Amen.
