"This is it, I killed him! Ten years for an idiot."

This is the declaration of a 19 years old kid who murdered a 17 years old high school boy. The victim was trying to stop a conflict between his friend and 2 brothers who attacked him. The conflict started over some stupid fight at school. And the smaller brother called the bigger one to help him with the fight. The murder took place in front of the school.

I"m watching the news on TV and can not believe my eyes. The one who died was the one who didn’t have any fault in this. He was trying to stop the fight. The one who killed has no remorse. And they are all teenagers.

It started a whole debate on TV and between politicians about the security in schools, violence between children and education.

what is not to believe? these children have grown up in a culture which for 2 generations has preached that their lives have no value and can be ended at the caprice of either parent up to and including the moment of birth, simply on a whim. The disbelief would come if any child today had imbibed any respect for life, their own or that of anyone else.

Sad but true. It’s frustrating that politicians and school leaders will simply call for more school security though.

Well, let’s go ahead and outlaw prayer in schools and see where it gets us. Let’s downplay religion and faith. Let’s take Christ out of the classrooms. How’s it working for us?! Not too good, judging by incidents like this. Not too good.

Amen.

Add to that the fact that women have revolted against their roles as wives and mothers, and leave the raising of their children to television and the state—enough to make saints weep.
 
There was a recent armed carjacking by a 12 year old in the Detroit area recently. TWELVE.

That was a big part of the story. The other part was why Onstar was not able to disable the car. Apparently the car was recently bought and the new owner didn’t know that the Onstar subscription had to be transfered to their name.

I don’t want to come off like a callous jerk, but somehow I find this FUNNY. 😃 I’m referring specifically to the SECOND part of the story, to be clear. The first part is horrifying but not really surpising.

Ultimately, yes, I agree, more proof of the living hell that our society is already knee deep into.

Amen! That story is the norm and typical of today’s society. I believe it.
