So, the other night at work a locust got in about twenty minutes before we were going to close. Another guy on his way out told me," Hey, be sure to kill that if you get the chance." I thought, “Well, rather than just kill it, I’ll give it the chance to leave.” Now, I know that some of the saints are known for telling animals what to do, and they do it. I’m no saint, and know that they didn’t do those things of there own accord, but I thought that I’ll atleast give it a shot. I opened the door and said, “Okay, you heard him. If I get the chance I’ve gotta kill ya, so here’s your shot. Out you go.” Well, nothing happened. Couldn’t kill it either. But, I did feel kind of guilty and really silly. I thought, “What were you thinking? Did you just want to see a trick, or something?” Like Herod when he asked Jesus to perform a miracle, just for amusement. That’s kind of how I felt. Anyone else ever done this, and would this be considered a sin?
