Meh, this guy is clearly a little bit “off” and he also states that he’s “no Christian pastor” while physically threatening someone else and then he uses many obscenities in his speech, which are blanked out. He may be a militant Black Hebrew Israelite or he may be mentally ill. In any event it’s pretty clear that what he was doing wasn’t “preaching the Bible”, nor was he exhibiting Christian behavior.
Here in USA we’re pretty used to the occasional disturbed person “preaching the Bible” on the street or someplace else like the subway. In my hometown there was a well-known local musician who used to be part of a nationally known band, who had gotten involved decades ago with some fringe evangelical movement (probably at a time when he was taking too many drugs) and would occasionally interrupt his shows to shout Bible “preaching” at members of his audience, including at any women he noticed who wore jeans or trousers to his show instead of a skirt (he would rant that they were sinful harlots going to Hell etc). If such a person directed his public shouting at a child like the guy in the video, he would probably get warned by the police and if he showed any “contempt of cop” he’d probably get arrested. Most people in US understand that mentally unwell people yelling Bible verses and talking about people being Satan or going to hell are misusing the Bible and not preaching its actual message.
