“Reform” is just another word for “dissent” or “rebel”. The Pope has said the womens ordination issue is closed, so to discuss it, especially publicly, is dissent. I personally don’t believe a married Priesthood is the answer. How will a married Priest choose when his family needs him and his parishioners need him? What about divorce/remarriage among Clergy? How about the support and rearing of children?

Rebellious priest - his parish is closed, yet he will have a “picnic” Mass??

Priest shortage - artificial - now coming around

“Reform” Catholics? What the heck is THAT?!?!

It’s the usual “double talk”. Don’t get panicky, the diocese is just reaping what it has sowed for 20 or more years. The fruit of moderinism is empty or closed churches and no vocations. God never lets us down or abandons His chuch. From this will come true vocations.

Unfortunately, as Archbishop Eldon Curtis of Omaha has stated, the shortage of priests has been to some extent contrived by those with an agenda to change/reform/modernize/Protestantize the Church. The prevalence of radical feminists, homosexuals, and other dissidents in the evaluation and selection process for priestly candidates in many dioceses turns off faithful men, who are labeled “rigid.”
