That part is. It’s the lines addressing Satan directly I would avoid. But, have it as you will.

I agree. Praying with no words at all is my favorite. I call it listening.

“Serviam” to me is associated with Opus Dei. Not that that makes it bad, but since I am not an Opus Dei member, I prefer “fiat”, which is much the same.

Actually I always heard that the prayer that really freaks out Satan is the Rosary.
