For the Little Hours, the Anthology includes those in addition to many troparia and kondakia.
The only thing close to what you mention in UGCC usage was the Stamford Horologion translated from the Zhovka Molitvoslov, and it has been out of print for a few years. Occasionally one use to show up on Amazon or ebay, but I haven’t seen one in a while.
You do have other options for Vespers and Matins in Slavic usage, such as the Uniontown books (Ruthenian usage), the OCA books printed by St. Tikhon’s, the books printed by the Old Rite parish of the Nativity, or the ROCOR St. John of Kronstadt Press books.
