Hi all.

I hope I’m posting in the right area (I’m not allowed in the Book Club area 😦 , yet! :)) (that might not even be the right place?? Oh well)

I am planning on purchasing the set, but want to hear from others who may have the set or have read it. Is it worth it? Is this the only publisher of the work? Comments?? Suggestions???

I suggest checking it out from your local library first.

My best friend has that set. It is the best set, and I believe it has what is regarded as the standard translation.

But before I tell you whether it’s worth buying: have you read any St. Thomas before?

Haha… good point.

I actually wanted this set because I’ve read parts of it and wanted to continue without straining my eyes on the computer. Also, the libraries around town don’t have this kind of thing available 😦 I just wanted to make sure that there were no other translations that were superior to this one before I took the plunge 🙂
