There have been a few senile moments among the LDS presidents. I remember one event, in particular, with Ezra Taft Benson jumping out of his chair during a general conference address and interrupting the speaker basically just to say, “Amen, brother”. It was sort of funny and sort of sad.Whilst I know people who are elderly that are as sharp as tacts, I know that’s not always that common.
