A bizarre and limited extra-perceptive experience. Bizarre because it is obviously not actually real. And, limited because it is held by only one person (or, by no more than a few people) at any given time. It is imagined.

Well, in this case, it is more a figure of speech than a sensation. But we do, in some sense, feel it. So, we are deceived by what we sense, i.e., feel, see, hear. That’s all. Heck, for all I know, you could be sense-less.
