No matter what the bishops do… either the ones who are more true to the Faith and Liturgy, or the ones who are more “progressive” or modern… some one is going to be “disquieted”.

I can only hope the more faithful Bishops step forward, and let the libertal faction be distressed. Benedict XVI understands the Church will likely be smaller and stronger. If that is God’s will, so be it.

The bishops, out of concern for the common good and the unity of the Church, have taken this initiative in response to the disquiet felt by many of the faithful, the deacons and the priests of their respective dioceses.

I will let them worship God in their way, and I will try to worship in what I preceive to be God’s way.

My "62 Missal is by my side… perhaps I will be able to use it once in awhile

Like Cardinal Manning says, “You worship God in your way, and I in His.”
