I’m not sure that I’m following you.Actually I think this is something where Catholics can disagree.
I do disagree with you on this, as I am not away of an Magisterial document that makes this a dogma of the Church.
The 1983 Code of Canon Law was promulgated by the apostolic constitution Sacrae disciplinae leges, which is certainly a Magisterial document.
Maybe switching to another example will help. Do you believe that it is possible for a faithful Catholic to believe that receiving Holy Communion twice in one day is a mortal sin, and that the 1983 Code of Canon Law’s permission to do so will therefore result in untold numbers of Catholics burning in hell?
