***Still praying for them…Lord hear our prayers…

Dear Lord Jesus,
There are so many suffering from loss. I ask you Lord to comfort these brothers and sisters of Yours, and through their suffering may they find a deeper faith in You.
I ask this in Your name Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit,One God for ever and ever. AMEN

Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women and blessed
is the the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us
sinners now, and at the hour of our death,
Amen.

A Novena Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Sacred Heart of Jesus, we know that there is but one thing impossible to You: to be without pity for those who are in suffering or distress. Look down on us, we beg of You and grant us the grace which we humbly and earnestly implore, through the Immaculate Heart of Your most sorrowful Mother to whom You confided us as her children, and whose prayers are all powerful with You. Amen.

PRAYER FOR THE PRESENT MOMENT

Loving God,

I spend so much time reliving yesterday
or anticipating tomorrow
that I lose sight of the only time that is really mine,
the present moment.
You give today one moment at a time.
That’s all I have,
all I ever will have.
Give the faith which knows that each moment
contains exactly what is best for me.
Give the hope which trusts You enough
to forget past failings and future trials.
Give the love which makes each moment
an anticipation of eternity with You.
We ask this in the name of Jesus
Who is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Amen.

Lord, look upon Your children with eyes of mercy,
may Your healing hand rest upon them,
may Your lifegiving powers flow into every cell of their bodies
and into the depths of their souls,
cleansing, purifying, restoring him
to wholeness and strength for service in Your Kingdom.

Amen.

Do not look forward to what may happen
tomorrow; the same everlasting Father who cares
for you today will take care of you tomorrow and
every day. Either He will shield you from suffering,
or He will give you unfailing strength to bear it.
Be at peace, then. Put aside all anxious thoughts and
imaginations, and say continually: “The Lord is my
strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in Him
and I am helped. He is not only with me but in me,
and I in Him.”
